When gurus profess that it’s easy to create the life of your dreams, is your first reaction an involuntary gag reflex in the back of your throat?
I’ve been there. And it’s pretty darn frustrating…Even the best of us can easily want to hurl the Law-of-Attraction baby out with the bathwater.
But ya wanna know WHY your efforts have gotten you nowhere? Here’s a little secret that the gurus rarely tell you (and some seriously good news too):
The thing the Gurus rarely tell you is: You THINK you’re doing it right. But in fact almost every well-meaning woman I’ve ever worked with is missing a huge piece of the manifesting puzzle, is headed in the total-opposite direction, and is skipping over a core step in the transformation process. Bigtime.
Now, while I’ll be covering this in serious detail on this week’s free upcoming training call (CLICK HERE if you haven’t signed up yet), in the meantime, here’s all you need to know in order to manifest ANYTHING:
100% lazer-focused energy.
Really. That’s it.
If you can focus 100% on something you desire — for less than even 1 silly minute — your work is done, my dear. Sit back, relax, kick up your feet and wait for your dreams to roll in.
“Stephanie, if it’s really that easy, why aren’t I getting the __________________ (money, love, health, etc.) I’m wanting?”
I hate to tell you, but getting to that elusive “100%” is a tad trickier than you might think. But first, let’s clarify a few things….
Manifesting is NOT:
- about making vision boards or saying affirmations
- wanting something, really-really-really badly
- shouting your desires out to the world as loudly as possible
Manifesting IS:
- a direct reflection of what you’re putting your energetic focus upon.
- an expression of the feelings you have (and therefore the vibes you project).
- the external representation of what you think you deserve way deep down inside.
There’s no hiding or fakin’ your way through this process, kiddo. If life’s handing you a big wet wad of “BLAH” time and time again, this is the perfect opportunity to start exploring what’s really tripping you up and getting in the way.
And the #1 place to start is by exploring your thoughts — what you believe about yourself and the world around you.
So this week be an explorer… Go on a hunt for the teensy-tiny brain-blocks — those inner grumpy gremlins and sneaky saboteurs who are protesting your possibilities by waving itty-bitty picket signs, shouting: “You’re not Safe!”; “You’re not Worthy!”; “You can’t have THAT!”; “It’s Impossible!”
Because whether you like it or not: if you’re NOT getting what you want, those little buggers are most definitely there — alive and kickin’.
So try following these 3 simple steps this week:
STEP 1:
Be CURIOUS!… and note how you feel from moment to moment.
Being in a state of “compassionate curiosity” is vital. Without compassionate awareness, there’s not much hope. Seriously. It’s THAT important.
STEP 2:
Uncover the thought that came RIGHT before you started feeling stressed, depressed, flustered or angry.
Your stressful, sad, depressing or angry emotions are only a red-flag that you’ve just thought something limiting and “small” — way too small for a BIG Soul like yours!
STEP 3:
Grab a notepad today, and start tracking those emotions and their preceding beliefs.
Placing loving attention on these unexplored beliefs can start unraveling a lifetime of mental baggage and stuck energy.
